USPS does not deliver to guest sites. Use a local PO box or virtual mailbox for USPS mail. FedEx and UPS packages may be held at the Farmhouse in a secure area—ask the office for the exact addressing format and pickup notifications.
Fiber internet across the resort. The guest network handles HD streaming and video calls. Ask at the Farmhouse if you need options for dedicated work bandwidth.

Yes. Active military, veterans, first responders (police, fire, and EMS), and nurses receive 10% off nightly, weekly, or monthly stays. Mention the discount when you book or at check-in with valid ID. It may not combine with other promotions unless we note otherwise.

We started out at Sugar Hills RV Resort to be close to a couple of our grown children and grandbabies. We stayed for 7 months because we loved it! The sparkling pool, laundry and Farmhouse are beautiful and well maintained.
