LUXURY RV RESORT

I am loathe to give this place the raving review it deserves because people will rush there, but the better part of me insists. I can't give it any more than 5 stars. Clean, wonderful pool, setting, jacuzzi. The staff is superb. Now there goes the spot I needed to rent. I would live here in a second if I could.

We stay at RV parks all over the country and let me tell you, Sugar Hill is second to none. From the friendly staff, amenities, quiet country setting and friendly community members, this place is the best! Unfortunately for us, every park we stay at from now on will fall short of our experience at Sugar Hill. We can’t wait to come back in the future. Big shoutout to Kyla and Richard, they made our stay so welcoming.

This is the cutest little RV resort just outside of Anna enough to make you feel like you're in the remote country. The farmhouse is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated in fresh, farmhouse decor. The pool/spa/fire pit area is gorgeous, heated, and clean. Spots have all the amenities, while still giving you a rustic country experience. Our neighbors were so kind and friendly (we stayed for a weekend, they live there full-time). The pond is gorgeous, backed up by farmlands and hiking trails. Sugar Hill is the perfect mix between rustic and modern style. I can't imagine how you would be disappointed by any aspect of your stay here, but if you were, the owners/managers are incredibly accommodating and will help resolve any concerns. Highly recommend a stay here!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sugar Hill RV Resort. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The farmhouse is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. The amenities are wonderful. We enjoyed walking the trails, fishing the pond and letting our doggy run around in the dog park. Everything was perfect! We will definitely return. Thank you so much!!!

One of the best RV resorts we have ever stayed. Hospitality is over the top. Would most likely stay again next time we're in Anna Texas.

What a little gem!! Very beautiful little RV park tucked away in the country just 7 miles from the interstate. SUGAR Hill is a beautifully maintained and landscaped park with walking trails, a nice clubhouse and a pool and hot tub area. A Walmart and many places to get food and necessities is just 7 miles away so convenient yet tucked away in the countryside. Make sure you bring leveling blocks. Some of the pad sites needed a a little extra for leveling. Each site was well landscaped. The staff was extremely accommodating and we will definitly be back!

We love staying at Sugar Hill RV Resort when in the area visiting! The park is well designed, has easy pull throughs, lots of green spaces and grass for walking our pups. We love walking the trails around the pond with our dog. Lots of birds (and some neighboring cows) to see along the way. The facilities are super nice… laundry, restrooms, showers, clubhouse area, hot tub, pool, and fire pit area. We have our own shower of course, but my husband loved the showers there. Everything is super nice and we highly recommend! 💯

This resort is the best in north Dallas area. It is well maintained. The community is so friendly. They have nice walking trails. Dog park is wonderful. Swimming pool clean; hot tub is awesome. There’s a fire pit. Laundry area is exceptional.

This was a pleasant surprise. We decided to get away at the last minute. They were kind and accommodating from the first call through the end of our outing. Exceptional communication over the phone and texts. This place was so nice. I love the sites. They are more spacious and exceptionally put together. Landscaping between sites is awesome. The amenities were exceptional, pool and hot tub were awesome. Very very clean restrooms, laundry, workout room, etc. The sites were thought out and the trails were a bonus for our ebikes and walking. Beautiful area but only 10 minutes from everything you could need in Anna. We'll be back for a weekend getaway.

What a fantastic RV park. well worth the stay. Stephanie has put together a top notch resort and you will definitely be planning to come back again once you stay.

This is one of the nicest parks we have ever visited. The staff was tremendous and very welcoming. The facility is emasculate with very spacious RV lots. It is conveniently close to shopping yet set in a quiet environment.

Super nice RV park with the friendliest, most accommodating and helpful staff we have ever experienced!! We couldn’t have asked for a for anything better. The farm house and amenities were amazing!

We only stayed 1 night but it was a great stay! We had no issues at all and the park is truly awesome! It’s very clean and very quiet! The dog park was one of the nicest dog parks we have ever seen at an RV park. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This place is wonderful! So are the people who work there!! They had a small gift for us from a local brewery, cookies, candy and even dog treats. When we got there they told us that it was supposed to freeze that night and the man filled our propane tank. They take your trash if you leave it at the end of your space! Great place!

Sugar Hill is a beautiful RV park! The sites are well spaced with nice landscaping and vegetation to enhance the feeling of privacy between each site. The laundry and bathrooms are very clean, and we especially loved the rainfall shower! We also enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the trail with pond and forest.

From the sparkling pool to the clean laundry room and manicured landscaping, this RV park has become one of our favorites. The owners are hospitable and very accommodating. Always a fun stay!😄
